NOVEC 1230 fire protection fluid has been developed as a replacement alternative to HFCs, HCFCs, and PFCs in special hazard, high value applications. It has unique qualities that end use safety and environmental sustainability. fluid is low in toxicity and environment impact. It is a liquid at room temperature, with a low vapor pressure, which allows for ease in handling, storage and shipping. Stored as a liquid but expelled as a gas, fluid is easy to handle, field rechargeable and requires about the same number of cylinders as halocarbon agents. fixed nozzle, fire suppression systems use 1230 fire protection fluid for total flooding applications. The agent has 0.0 ozone depletion potential, an atmospheric lifetime of just five days, and a global warming potential of 1.0. Every system is custom engineered for the specific application using the most effective, yet efficient arrangement of storage, actuation, distribution and discharge components

Al-Barrak Water Mist Fire Systems is at the forefront of water mist fire suppression technology. A Water Mist system is a means of fire protection utilizing a very fine spray. Water is an outstanding physical agent as a result of its exceptionally high heat absorbing capacity and latent heat of vaporization. Water Mist works to quench the fire and hold damage to a minimum.
